The 7th Generation Constitutional Amendment

The right of the people to use and enjoy air, water, sunlight, and other natural resources determined by the legislature to be common property, shall not be impaired, nor shall such use impair their availability for future generations.

 

 

 


The seventh generation admendment is applicable in tribal, county, state, and national constitutions, as well as international agreements and treaties.

With the growing movement to give "rights" to corporations, it has become imperitive to put into written law the boundaries of those rights.

Certain aspects of the planetary biosphere are not to be bought, sold, or traded.
